Jordan Hatcher is a lawyer and legal consultant specialising in intellectual property and technology law, specifically copyright, content, and internet law. He holds a BA in Radio, Television, and Film, a JD in law, and an LLM in Innovation, Technology and the Law. He has several publications on copyright and internet law, including a report for the Common Information Environment on use of open licenses in the UK, a study funded by Eduserv on use of Creative Commons licences by the UK cultural heritage sector, and Of Otaku and Fansubs: A critical look at anime online in light of current issues in copyright law. He lives and works in the United Kingdom.
